小儿呼吸内科临床带教中临床路径教学方法应用分析 被引量:11

摘要 目的 剖析临床路径教学用于小儿呼吸内科临床带教中的效果。方法 将我科2015年1~12月纳入的48名实习医生随机等分成甲、乙两组。甲组于临床带教中应用临床路径教学法,乙组应用常规教学法。观察并比较两组的带教效果。结果 甲组的病例书写成绩为(89.24±7.13)分、病例分析成绩为(93.75±6.04)分,乙组分别为(80.51±7.96)分、(81.63±9.28)分。甲组得分高于乙组。两组对比,差异具有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。针对临床技能考核成绩,甲组高于乙组[(93.82±6.17)分vs.(82.35±8.27)分],P〈0.05。结论 小儿呼吸内科临床带教应用临床路径教学法,能取得较好的带教效果。 Objective To analyze the clinical pathway teaching used in pediatric respiratory medicine clinical teaching effect. Methods From January to December 2015, 48 interns were randomly divided into two groups randomly. A group in the clinical teaching method of clinical pathway teaching, group B using conventional teaching method. Observation and comparison of the two groups of teaching effect. Results Division of medical records writing scores for(89.24±7.13), score of case analysis(93.75±6.04), group B respectively(80.51±7.96),(81.63±9.28). The score is higher than that of group B. The difference was statistically significant between the two groups(P0.05). According to the clinical skills assessment scores of group A were higher than those in group B [(93.82±6.17) vs.(82.35±8.27)], P0.05. Conclusion Clinical pathway teaching method of clinical teaching of respiratory medicine in children can get better teaching effect.
