摘要
为探究振动参数对给料机充填率的影响规律,以离散元法模拟并分析了不同频率及振幅作用时干熄焦振动给料机充填率的变化。结果表明:频率和振幅影响物料的输送速度和活跃性,进而影响给料机的充填率。频率在25~50 Hz、双振幅在3.0~5.0 mm范围内变化时,充填率随振动参数的增大而减小,给料过程顺畅;频率为25 Hz、振幅3.0 mm时,给料机中物料的充填率大于0.9,物料运动速度较小,出现堵料现象。以上分析为散体输送过程的研究及给料机振动参数的合理选用提供了有益的理论参考。
To study the effect law of vibration parameters on the filling rate of feeder,the discrete element method is used to simulate and analyze the change of the filling rate of the dry quenching vibrating feeder under different frequencies and amplitudes. The result shows that the frequency and amplitude have certain effect on the conveying speed and activity to influence the filling rate of the feeder. When the frequency is within 25 ~ 50 Hz and the double-amplitude is within3. 0 ~ 5. 0 mm,the filling rate decreases with the increase of vibrating parameters,indicating smooth feeding process; when the frequency is 25 Hz and the amplitude is 3. 0 mm,the filling rate in the feeder is more than 0. 9,indicating low speed of material motion and causing material blockage. The above analysis provides theoretic reference for the research on the bulk conveying process and proper selection of vibration parameters of the feeder.
