摘要
目的比较手术与保守治疗踝关节骨折患者的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析我院2014年9月-2015年11月收治的74例踝关节骨折患者的临床资料,采用数字单双号的模式分为对照组（保守治疗）与观察组（手术治疗）,每组各37例。结果观察组的治疗总有效率、愈合时间均优于对照组;对照组住院时间与治疗费用优于观察组。结论两种治疗方案各有优劣,应当综合参考患者的实际情况选择治疗方案。
Objective To compare the surgical and conservative treatment of ankle fractures in patients with clinical efficacy. Methods A retrospective analysis of the clinical data in our hospital from September 2014 to November 2015 during the 74 cases of ankle fractures in patients, using digital mode is divided into odd and even numbers of the control group（conservative treatment） and observation group（surgery）, 37 cases in each group. Results The observation group total effective healing time than the control group; control groupm length of stay and cost of treatment is better than the observation group. Conclusion The treatment options have advantages and disadvantages, should refer to the actual situation of patients comprehensive treatment options.
