摘要
随着我国教育改革的逐步推进,学校利益问题的研究得到了越来越多的关注。通过检索中国知网数据库可知,1980—2015年对学校利益进行研究的论文数量共计1 152余篇。总体来说,对学校利益的研究主要集中在学校利益内涵、学校利益冲突与博弈、学校利益协调机制等方面。研究的主要成就表现在对高校利益的研究较为全面以及研究与教育改革密切相关,聚焦现实问题;同时尚存在诸如研究学科视角过窄,研究方法单一、研究内容缺乏全面性和系统性及研究范式重理论轻应用等不足之处。展望未来的研究趋向,建议进一步拓宽研究学科视角,丰富研究方法;提升研究的全面性和系统性及转换研究范式等。
With the advancing of our country education reform, the research on the problems of the universities＇interests are getting more attention. Through retrieving China National Knowledge Infrastructure database, it has found that the total number of the papers about the universities＇interests research is almost 1152 between 1980 and 2015. All in all, the research on universities＇interests is mainly concentrated on the connotation, conflicts and game, and the coordination mechanism of the universities interests, etc. The main accomplishments of this research are found in the following aspects： the universities interests research is comprehensive, closely related to the education reform and focus on the realistic problem. Meanwhile, there also exists some problems. For example ： the perspective of research discipline is narrow and the method is relatively single; the contents lack systematics and comprehensiveness; and the research paradigm attaches great importance to the theory but to ignore the practice, etc. Looking forward to the future trend, we should further broaden the discipline angle, enrich the research methods, improve the comprehensiveness and systematics of the research, and transform the research paradigm.
