摘要
针灸推拿一直是中国医学的重要组成部分,中国各大院校纷纷多角度、多方位对针灸推拿专业人才的培养模式展开探讨,该教学基地积极探索了"3+2"助理全科医生的培养模式,总结整理了一套有关针灸推拿专业人才的"3+2"培养模式,即3年专科教育+2年规范化培训,对其的特色及不足进行具体的分析,并提出改进的思路。
The acupuncture and tuina is always the important component of Chinese medicine, Chinese universities have multi-angle, multi-faceted training model for acupuncture and massage professionals started to explore the teaching base to actively explore the ＂3 ＋ 2＂ training model of general physician assistant, finishing a summary about acupuncture and massage professional talents ＂3 ＋ 2＂ training mode, that is, three years of college education ＋ 2 years of standardized training,their characteristics and the lack of specific analysis and suggestions for improvement ideas.
