摘要
医院档案是医院是医院在经营和管理过程中的宝贵医疗资料,其记录着各类疾病的临床医治经验,为医学研究、病源追踪、疫情防治及医疗水平的提高提供理论依据,做好医院档案管理,建立规范、完整的档案管理制度,提高档案管理人员的专业素质,实现档案管理更加科学化及信息化,其不仅是医院发展、医疗进步的必要前提,也是保障人民身心健康的重要措施,该研究就目前医院档案管理中所存在的一些问题,提出档案管理模式改革后医院档案管理的相关运行策略。
Hospital files are the valuable medical data of hospital in the operation and management process, and they record the clinical medical experience of various diseases and provide theoretical basis for the medical research, disease source tracing, epidemic prevention and cure and improvement of medical level, doing a good job in the hospital file management, constructing standardized and complete file management system, improve the professional quality of file management staff and realize the file management more scientific and informational are not only the necessary preconditions of hospital development and medical process but also the important measures of ensuring the people＇s mental and physical health. The paper puts forwards the relevant operation strategies of hospital file management after the file management mode reform aiming at some problems existing in the hospital file management at present.
