摘要
在分层压裂施工过程中,尤其是温度较高(≥150℃)的油气井,K344型封隔器容易发生失效。设计了K344型可控封隔器及压裂滑套。投1个球可实现对应的K344型可控封隔器和压裂滑套同时开启,其余封隔器不工作,减少了封隔器坐封、解封次数和工作时间,保护了胶筒,提高了封隔器的密封性能。
In the process of layered fracturing operation,especially in high temperature（more than150 degree Celsius）wells,the k344 packer easily has seal failure problem.Aiming at this problem,the K344 controllable packer and fracturing sleeve were designed.To achieve the opening of the correspondent K344 controllable packer and fracturing sleeve can be controlled by throwing in a ball at the same time.The uncorrelated packer does not work.The working time and number of times of setting packer and unseating packer were reduced and protecting the packer.The sealing property of the packer was improved.
