美多巴联合盐酸司来吉兰治疗帕金森病的临床疗效观察被引量：7

摘要目的研究美多巴联合盐酸司来吉兰治疗帕金森病的临床疗效;方法选取我院收治的帕金森患者50例随机分为观察组和对照组两组,对照组仅给予美多巴治疗,观察组给予美多巴联合盐酸司来吉兰治疗,比较两组的疗效;结果治疗前两组患者的运动能力、日常活动能力、精神状态均无明显差别,治疗后两组患者的运动能力、日常活动能力、精神状态均改善（P〈0.05）,且观察组的改善程度要明显优于对照组（P〈0.05）;结论美多巴联合盐酸司来吉兰治疗帕金森病较美多巴单独治疗的效果更好,安全性高.
