摘要
推进社会公平不仅能促进社会和谐,还能促进经济发展。社会公平的观念是因时因地而变的。随着经济、社会的飞速发展,社会公平的标准被提高到了前所未有的高度。推进社会公平的途径有:提高市场监管和服务水平,促进公平价格的形成;不断制定、修订、完善制度法规,建立科学的决策程序和决策机制;适度降低基准利率,提高劳动者报酬的比重;加大税收调节力度,健全社会保障制度。
Promoting social equity can not only make the society more harmonious, but also promote economic development. The concept of social equity changes with time and place. With the progress of economy and society, the standards of social equity have been raised to an unprecedented level. In the current situation, the possible ways of promoting social equity are as follows： Firstly, improve the ability of supervision and service, promote the formation of fair price; Secondly, revise and perfect laws and regulations and establish a collective decision-making mechanism; Thirdly, lower benchmark interest rate to increase the proportion of laborers＇ remuneration;Finally, increase the intensity of tax adjustment and improve the so cial security system to narrow the gap at the starting point.
