摘要
以中卫市鸣钟村实地调查、访问为基础,运用参与式观察、实地访谈和问卷调查等多种方法,从种植业和养殖业两个方面对移民前后农业生产情况作比较,分析生态移民前后农业生产的变化情况以及对此变化作满意度调查研究。研究表明,移民后比移民前种植业种类丰富、生产工具先进、田间管理频次增加、生产性支出增加;移民后养殖种类更丰富、养殖方式更先进;多数人满意农业生产变化,少数人不满意,不满意的原因主要是农业培训少、农产品销售不畅、政府相关补偿少。研究旨在服务于生态移民的区域实践,为政府的生态移民宏观决策提供一些有益参考。
This paper compares, from two aspects of planting and breeding industries, the agricultural production before and after ecological migration, and studies people＇s satisfaction with the change by using the methods of participant observation, interview and questionnaire based on the on-the-spot investigation made in the Mingzhong Village of Zhongwei City in Ningxia. The results show that after ecological migration, planting industry is richer in planting varieties, instruments of production are more advanced, and field management and productive outlays inc＇,ease; breeding industry is also richer in breeding varieties and breeding methods are more sophisticated; the great majority of the villagers are satisfied with the change, and only a few unsatisfied, which is mainly caused by the lack of agricultural training, dull sale of agricultural products and deficiency of relevant government compensation. This paper can serve as a useful reference to regional practices of ecological migration and macro decision-making on the issue.
