摘要
目的分析肺癌合并肋间神经痛的临床护理方法及对患者生活质量的影响。方法回顾性分析90例肺癌合并肋间神经痛患者的临床资料,按照就诊时间顺序分为常规护理组与护理干预组各45例,对比2组患者的疼痛护理依从性、疼痛程度及生活质量。结果护理干预组疼痛汇报率、按时服药率、不怕成瘾率及不担心不良反应率均明显高于常规护理组,差异有统计学意义（χ~2=5.56,P〈0.05;t=5.11、4.89、4.76,P〈0.05）。护理干预组护理后3d、护理后1周的疼痛程度评分较常规护理组降低更加明显,差异有统计学意义（t=3.89、4.02,P〈0.05）。常规护理组生活质量优良率64.44%,护理干预组为77.78%,差异有统计学意义（χ~2=5.91,P〈0.05）。结论肺癌合并肋间神经痛患者实施积极有效的护理干预不仅可显著提高护理依从性,降低疼痛程度,同时可改善患者生活质量,值得推广与应用。
Objective To analyze the clinical nursing method and life quality of intercostals neuralgia in lung cancer pa- tients. Methods Ninety cases with lung cancer combined intercostals neuralgia treated in our hospital from June 2013 to June 2015 were retrospectively analyzed ; the patients were divided into routine nursing group and nursing intervention group accord- ing to the time sequence,45 cases in each group. The treatment adherence of pain,pain degree and the quality of life of the two groups were compared. Results Pain reporting rate,rate of taking medicine on time,not afraid of addiction rates and do not worry about deputy action rate of nursing intervention group were higher than those of routine nursing group, with statistically significant differences （χ2=5.56,P〈0.05;t-5.11,P〈0.05;t=4.89,P〈0.05;t=4.76,P〈0.05）. The pain level scores of nursing intervention group after 3 days and 1 week were more significantly lower than those in the conventional nursing group, with significant differences （t= 3.89, P〈0.05;t=4.02, P〈0.05）. The life quality of routine nursing group was 64.44 %, the life quality of the nursing intervention group was 77. 78%, the rate of good life quality in the nursing intervention group was obviously higher than that in conventional care group, with a significant difference （χ2 = 5.91, P〈0.05）. Conclusion The positive and effective nursing intervention not only can significantly improve treatment compliance,but also reduce the degree of pain,at the same time,it can improve the quality of life,it is worth to popularization and application.
