摘要
近年来研究表明,天然抗氧化剂因其结构、剂量以及存在环境不同可能会发生对人体不利的促氧化作用。本文综述近年来天然抗氧化剂的抗氧化与促氧化用的研究进展,为正确使用天然抗氧化剂和相关产品的开发提供参考。
Recently some results showed that some natural antioxidants might exhibit pro-oxidant activity which was harmful to human body because of its structure,dose and existing environment. This paper reviewed research advancements of anti-oxidation and pro-oxidation of natural antioxidants to provide reference for promting further research for the correct use of natural antioxidants and related products.
