摘要
大唐呼伦贝尔化肥有限公司是世界首套以褐煤水煤浆气化为源头的煤化工企业,开车过程中出现的最为严重的问题是变换工段原料气预热器的结垢堵塞。对该预热器的结垢机理进行了分析,并在此基础上提出了有效的技改措施:在原设计流程上串联1个换热器,将预热器的温差有效分布在两个换热器上,从而避免垢质生成。经过此次技改,将原料气预热器的运行周期由原来的40 d提高至211 d,保证了生产正常运行。
Datang Hulunbeier Chemical Fertilizer Co:, Ltd. is the world first coal chemical company for lignite coal water slurry gasification. During the startup process, the most serious problem is the feed gas preheater scaling that occurs at the shift conversion section. This paper analyzes in-depth the scaling mechanism of preheater, and puts forward the effective technical renovation measures. A heat exchanger is added in series to the original design flow. The temperature difference of preheater is effectively distributed between the two heat exchangers, so as to avoid the scale formation. After this technical renovation, the operation cycle of the feed gas preheater is improved from 40 days to 211 days and the normal production is ensured.
