企业文化与员工反生产行为的关系研究——基于人与环境匹配理论 被引量:1

摘要 企业文化如何影响员工的反生产行为并减少员工反生产行为的产生,是组织管理的一项核心议题。人与组织匹配理论表明,人与环境匹配的企业文化能让员工产生积极行为,进而带来企业绩效的提升。反之,人与环境不匹配的企业文化对员工行为产生负面影响,降低企业绩效并影响积极组织氛围的形成。人与组织的融合能有效减少员工反生产行为,提升企业绩效和凝聚力,使人与组织更匹配。
