摘要
黄河刘家峡库水具有低温低浊、水质优良的特点,十分有利于采用超滤给水处理技术提供高品质生活饮用水.用直接超滤与混凝超滤的平行对比试验研究刘家峡库水的处理效果及其膜污染情况.结果表明:两种处理工艺的浊度处理差异很小且效果优良,都恒低于0.2NTU;当混凝剂三氯化铁的投加量为35mg/L时,混凝超滤对紫外吸光度(UV_(254))去除率达到了56.25%~80.00%,而直接超滤对UV_(254)的去除率仅为7.84%~27.50%;运行通量趋于稳定时,混凝超滤膜相对通量是直接超滤的1.86倍;混凝过程能有效地降低超滤膜的滤饼层污染与吸附污染;与直接超滤相比,曝气清洗、水力反洗和超声波清洗对混凝超滤所用超滤膜的清洗效果更好.
The water from the Yellow River Liujiaxia Reservoir has the characteristics of low temperature,low turbidity and excellent water quality, and it is conducive to using ultrafiltration water treatment technology to provide high quality drinking water. Comparative studies were chade on the treatment effect and membrane fouling of ultrafiltration (UF) and coagulation-ultrafiltration (coagulation-UF) for the water from the Yellow River Liujiaxia Reservoir. The experimental results showed that there was little difference between UF and coagulation-uF on membrane effluent turbidity, constant less than 0. 2 NTU; When the concentration of ferric chloride was 35 mg/L, the removal rate of UVzs4reached 56.25%-80% by coagulation-UF, while only 7.84%-27. 50% by UF^When the membrane flux tended to be stable, the relative flux of the coagulation-UF membrane was 1. 86 times that of UF; Coagulation process can effectively reduce the pollution of filter cake layer and adsorption. Compared with UF, aeration cleaning, hydraulic backwash and ultrasonic cleaning effects were better for coagulation-UF filtration membrane.
