摘要
低温甲醇洗工艺是目前较为高效的酸性气体净化工艺,利用甲醇作为溶剂除去硫化氢等酸性气体,在低温高压的环境下进行操作,气体净化度高,广泛应用于合成甲醇和煤气净化中。对低温甲醇洗的流程进行模拟分析,找到了该操作的最优值,并提出相应的改进措施和优化方案,降低了操作成本,提高了该工艺的效率。
The low temperature methanol washing process is an effective acidic gas purification technology.In this paper,The process of low temperature methanol wash was simulated and analyzed,and the optimal value of the operation was found.The corresponding improvement measures and optimization schemes were put forward,the operation cost was reduced and the efficiency of the process was improved.
