摘要
采用文献资料法和问卷调查法,对辽宁省重竞技女运动员的性别角色类型及相关问题进行了调查,结果表明:绝大多数重竞技女运动员为双性化性别角色类型,呈现出独有的性别角色优势,有利于自身的解放与发展,但她们同时也面临着性别角色冲突的困扰,在综合分析冲突产生的原因基础上,从主客观两方面提出合理化建议与对策。
By using the methods of documentary and questionnaire, this paper investigates the sex role style and the related issues of the heavy events female athletes in Liaoning, the results show that, the vast majority of the heavy events female athletes are androgynous sex role style, showing the unique advantages of gender roles, this type is in favor of their own liberation and development, as well as they face the trouble of gender role conflict, based on the comprehensive analysis of the reasons on the basis of conflicts, puts forward rationalization proposals and countermeasures both subjective and objective.
