摘要
总结水牛角治疗头痛的作用机制与临床配伍运用。从中医辨证论治及现代医学药理两方面,对水牛角治疗头痛的疗效进行初步探讨。水牛角治疗头痛的机制为抗炎镇痛镇静、抑制过度免疫、维持脑血循环通畅、保护脑组织等。
This article summarized the mechanism and compatibility of Cornu bubali in the clinical treatment of headache. The curative effect of Cornu bubali on headache was discussed based on TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment and modern medicine pharmacology. It suggested that its mechanisms were related to anti-inflammation, analgesic and sedation, suppression of excessive immunity, maintenance of cerebral blood circulation patency and protection of brain tissue.
