摘要
文章结合移动互联网发展的时代背景,在对信息素养及其相关概念进行梳理的基础上,提出移动信息素养的概念,深入分析其基本要素,就构建和培养移动信息素养的意义进行简要探讨。
Considering the background of mobile internet era, the paper systematically combs the connotation of information literacy and penetratingly analyzes its related essential elements. The significance of the construction and the cultivation of mobile information literacy are also briefly discussed in this article.
