摘要
目的:分析我国治疗痛经具有中医特色的临床试验研究文献,探讨其疗法,分析其疗效,为今后临床治疗关于痛经的研究提供参考。方法:查阅我国1979-2014年有关中医治疗痛经的临床试验研究文献,依据循证医学的思路与方法,以痛经为基点,运用SPSS19.0软件中描述性统计分析方法进行分析处理。结果:120篇相关文献为研究对象,其中中医特色单一疗法共统计出7种,配合疗法共统计出6种,其治疗痛经的有效率分别为94.26%、95.22%。结论:目前治疗痛经的中医特色疗法临床上集中于穴位注射、按摩法、艾灸法、穴位埋线、中药内服、中药外敷、激光穴位,而临床上两种疗法配合使用较少,但效果显著,有效率高于部分单一疗法治疗痛经,本文通过分析为两种方法配合治疗痛经提供临床依据。
Objective To analyze the treatment of dysmenorrhea with characteristic of TCM clinical trials research literature,explore the therapy,the analysis of its effect,to provide the reference for the clinical treatment of dysmenorrhea research in the future. Method Check out the related traditional Chinese medicine for treatment of dysmenorrhea clinical trials literature in 1979-2014 in our country,according to the ideas and methods of evidence-based medicine. It is using spss19.0 Software descriptive statistics and correlation analysis method for analysis based on dysmenorrhea. Results 100 relevant literature was chosen for the study,which have statisticed 7 kinds of Characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine single therapy,with the total statistics of 6 kinds of therapy,and the treatment of dysmenorrhea effective rate were 94.26%, 95.22%. Conclusion The characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of dysmenorrhea focused on clinical acupuncture point injection,massage and moxibustion,acupuncture point bury line,Chinese medicine,Chinese medicine external treatment,laser acupuncture points take orally,Clinical on two kinds of therapy with the use of less,but the effect is significan. Through the analysis of two kinds of methods for the treatment of dysmenorrhea with provide the clinical basis.
