摘要
以高温固相反应法合成了Ce∶CdGd_2(WO_4)_4和CdGd_2(WO_4)_4多晶料原料,采用提拉法生长出了Ce∶CdGd_2(WO_4)_4和CdGd_2(WO_4)_4晶体。测量了紫外可见透过光谱、光致激发和荧光发射光谱、拉曼光谱以及紫外光激发下的衰减时间,并进行了相互比较。结果表明,生长出的单晶透过性良好,Ce∶CdGd_2(WO_4)_4晶体吸收边有红移。在激发波长为320 nm光激发下,荧光发射光谱的峰均位于525 nm,Ce∶CdGd_2(WO_4)_4和CdGd_2(WO_4)_4的衰减时间分别为1.4μs和1.5μs。
Ce- CdGd2(WO4)4 and CdGd2(WO4)4 single crystals were grown by Czochralski method, in which the polycrystalline powders synthesized by the solid-state reaction method were used as raw materials. The UV- visible transmission spectra, photoluminescence excitation and photoluminescence spectra, the Raman spectra and decay curves excited by the ultraviolet-light were measured and compared with each other. The results show a high optical transmission, and the absorption edges of Ce- CdGd2(WO4)4 crystal exhibit a red shift.The photoluminescence emission with the main peak at 525 nm, and the decay time of the Ce- CdGd2(WO4)4 and CdGd2 ( WO4 ) 4 single crystals were 1.4 μs and 1.5 μs under the excitation of 320 nm.
