摘要
本文提出了一种基于规则挖掘的电网倒闸操作规则库建立方法。该方法以历史操作指令票为依据,采用数据挖掘的方法提取电网倒闸操作的操作规则,所形成的电网操作规则库可以用于对电网操作指令票的验证(或自动生成)。该方法提供了一种由计算机完成的电网操作规则库生成办法,可以广泛应用于电网操作指令票的自动检验系统和自动生成系统;更好地辅助电网操作指令票的审核,提高电网操作指令票审核效率和填写正确率,降低电网调度员的劳动强度,减少电网操作中的误操作,避免经济损失。
A rule-based mining method on establishing rule bases of switch operation about pow-er grid is proposed in this paper. Data mining method is used for extracting grid switching opera-tion for establishing operation rule bases grid operator rule bases formed on the grid can be usedto verify operation instruction votes（or automatically generated）. This method provides a way togenerate grid operator rule bases one kind done by computer, can be widely used in grid operationinstruction votes automated inspection systems and automatic generation system. Better grid opera-tor assisted instruction votes of the audit, to improve power efficiency and operating instructionsticket auditing fill in the correct rate, lower power system dispatcher＇s labor intensity and reducethe grid operator of a malfunction, avoid economic losses.
