鸭坦布苏病毒与新城疫混合感染的分离鉴定 被引量:3

摘要 鉴于上海某鸭场成年种鸭出现产蛋率下降、死亡率升高的现象,为有效解决此问题,通过鸭/鸡胚接种,进行了血凝及血凝抑制实验,对分离的病毒进行了鉴定,最终基本确诊为鸭新城疫和鸭坦布苏病毒混合感染,其发病原因是由于新城疫病毒引起鸭群抵抗力下降,导致并发坦布苏病毒感染。
