摘要
《古今医鉴》是综合性医书,书中不仅记载了方剂、民间经验方、外治法、针灸疗法,亦对刺络放血疗法有一定的论述。文章对刺络放血作用机理、适应症、使用禁忌、特色运用几个方面进行了初步探析。
Ancient and Modern Medical Guide is a comprehensive medical book,which not only records the prescriptions,folk experience,external treatment,acupuncture and moxibustion therapy,but also discusses the pricking blood therapy. In this paper,the pricking blood therapy’s mechanism,indications,taboo and characteristic are all included.
