水蜜桃农药残留膳食摄入风险评估 被引量:14

摘要 [目的]了解浙江省慈溪市当地散户种植的水蜜桃中农药污染状况,开展水蜜桃农药残留风险评估研究,为水蜜桃食用、农药残留监管和农药最大残留限量提供可靠依据。[方法]在2015年7月下旬对慈溪市散户种植的20批次水蜜桃样品进行了34种农药残留定量检测分析,分别用慢性膳食摄入风险(%ADI)和急性膳食摄入风险(%ARf D)进行农药残留慢性膳食摄入风险评估和急性膳食摄入风险评估,用每日允许摄入量(ADI)、大份餐和体重计算最大残留限量估计值(e MRL)。[结果]试验表明,水蜜桃农药检出率为75.00%,超标率为10.00%。检出的6种农药其慢性膳食摄入风险为0.010%-3.070%,平均值为0.660%;其急性膳食摄入风险为2.18%-31.28%,平均值为8.92%。在检出的6种农药中,除毒死蜱外,其余5种农药MRLS均过严,建议毒死蜱、甲胺磷、乙酰甲胺磷、氧乐果、氯氰菊酯、甲氰菊酯的最大残留限量分别设为13.50、5.50、39.50、0.40、26.50、39.50 mg/kg。[结论]水蜜桃的农药残留检出率较高,超标率也较高,但其农药残留慢性膳食摄入风险和急性膳食摄入风险均很低,建议修订或制定水蜜桃中毒死蜱等6种农药的最大残留限量。 [Objective] The aim was to investigate pesticide pollution status in honey peaches cultivated in Cixi City,Zhejiang Province,pesticide residue reisk was estimated,to provide reliable basis for honey peach consumption,supervision and management of pesticide residues,and maximum residue limits of pesticides.[Method]Thirty-four pesticide residues in 20 batches of honey peach samples which collected from trading market in Cixi were investigated in July 2015. The risks of chronic dietary intake and acute dietary intake of pesticide residues in honey peaches were assessed. Estimated maximum residue limits( e MRLs) of 6 pesticides with detectable residues were calculated by using acceptable daily intake( ADIs),large portion consumed( LP),and body weight( bw) of consumer.[Result]The results showed that the sample detectable rate of pesticide residues was 75. 00% and excessive rate was 10. 00% in honey peaches. For 6 pesticides with detectable residues,their chronic dietary intake risks were 0. 010%- 3. 070% with an average of 0. 660%,and their acute dietary intake risks were 2. 18%- 31. 28% with an average of8. 92%. MRLS of 5 pesticids( e. g cypermethrin) were overly strict except for chlorpyrifos,and MRLS of 6 pesticides( incluing chlorpyrifos,methamidophos,acephate,omethoate,cypermethrin,fenpropathrin) were proposed to be 13. 50,5. 50,39. 50,0. 40,26. 50,39. 50 mg / kg.[Conclusion] Pesticide residues in honey peaches had a relatively high detection rate and standard exceeding rate. Both chronic and acute dietary intake risks of pesticide residues in honey peaches were very low. And MRLs for 6 pesticides( e. g. chlorpyrifos) in honey peaches were proposed to be established or revised.
