摘要
研究了水泥、矿渣单掺和复掺时,对生土基粘结材料抗压强度的影响,优化了Mb5、Mb10、Mb15生土基粘结材料配合比。结果表明:矿渣对生土基粘结材料的增强作用优于水泥,但对生土基粘结材料抗收缩能力的提升弱于水泥;复掺水泥矿渣时矿渣掺量宜大于水泥掺量且小于10%;复掺水泥矿渣时粘结材料的14 d强度可达28 d强度的90%左右,14 d以后粘结材料强度增长缓慢。
Effect of admixture including cement and slag as single and compound admixture on compressive strength of raw soil material for bonding materials was investigated. The matching parameters of bonding materials with different strength grades like MbS, Mb10, Mb15 were optimized. It is demonstrated that slag had better enhancement function than cement for strength of bonding materials while had lower anti-shrinking capability than cement. The amount of slag content should greater than cement content and less than 10% while compounding cement and slag. It must be point out that the strength of bonding material with cement and slag can reached 90% of 28 d intensity in 14 d and it would be growing slowly ever since.
