基体表面粗糙度对氧化物阳极电化学性能的影响

Effect of Roughness of Substrate on Electrochemical Properties of Metal Oxide Anodes

摘要 采用不同喷砂工艺对钛基体进行处理,并经草酸溶液刻蚀得到不同粗糙度的基体表面,然后通过热分解法制备氧化物阳极。研究了基体表面粗糙度与氧化物阳极表面粗糙度的关系,并对氧化物阳极进行析氯电位、电流效率、循环伏安曲线及强化电解寿命等性能测试。结果表明,随着基体表面粗糙度的增大,制得的阳极表面粗糙度增大,其电催化活性略微升高,电解寿命得到大幅度提高。 Ti/RuO2-IrO2-SnO2 oxide anodes were prepared by coating oxide on titanium substrates. The relations between rough- ness of the substrate surface and that of the surface of the oxide anodes were studied, and chlorine evolution potential, electroly- sis efficiency, cyclic voltammetry and the working life of the oxide anodes were investigated. The results showed that with the in- crease of the roughness of the substrates, the roughness of oxide anodes increased, electric catalytic activity of oxide anodes was improved slightly and the working life was obviously extended.
