摘要
目的探讨职业性苯中毒事故的发生因素,并制订出科学、合理的防治对策。方法调研2005年5月-2015年5月期间成都市新都区职业性苯中毒患者的流行病学资料,并分析其发生因素。结果 2005年5月-2015年5月成都市新都区确诊职业性苯中毒患者共216例,其中急性苯中毒88例,占40.74%;慢性苯中毒128例,占59.26%。导致中毒的主要原因包括两个方面:一方面是企业因素,如逃避卫生部门审核、工厂防护措施落后以及保护职工责任欠缺;另一方面是个人因素,如自身防护意识薄弱、接苯工作经验缺乏以及工作之中疏忽大意。结论针对职业性苯中毒事故发生的各危险因素,增强企业和个人的防护意识与健康监护,是避免事故发生的有效防治对策。
Objective To explore the causes of occupational benzene poisoning accidents,and to develop a scientific and reasonable control measures.Methods During the investigation from May 2005 to May2015 in Chengdu Xindu District occupational benzene poisoning accident patients with epidemiological data,were analyzed.Results From May 2005 to May 2015 in Chengdu Xindu District there were 216 patients diagnosed occupational benzene poisoning,including 88 cases of acute benzene poisoning,accounting for 40.74%,and 128 cases of chronic benzene poisoning,accounting for 59.26%.The accident causes mainly include,and two aspects： on the one hand was the enterprise factors,e.g.,evasion of the health sector review,of backward plant protection measures and lack of; the protection of workers on the other hand was personal factors,such as weak consciousness of self-protection,lack of contact benzene work experience and negligence.Conclusion In view of the risk factors of occupational benzene poisoning accidents,it is an effective prevention and control strategy for avoiding the occurrence of accidents to strengthen the protection awareness and health monitoring.
