摘要
用文献研究的方法,阅读相关文献,梳理、归纳脏腑气机升降说的研究进展。认为中医脏腑气机升降说研究在理论、临床等领域都取得了诸多进展,其中从气机失调阐述、论治各系统疾病、各科疾病的论文较多,运用气机升降理论对新出现如航天等医学问题也做了一定的探讨,也有人提出全身气机模式是斡旋状旋转的,甚至有些研究角度很独特,但少有突破性成果。目前对脏腑气机升降说的研究还不够丰富,需要充分运用现代科技优势多学科合作、多手段并用,促使脏腑气机升降说得到与时俱进的发展,以满足临床发展的需要。
Use the method of literature research,reading literature,combing,summarized the research progress of ascending and descending activities of qi of zang-fu. Think ascending and descending activities of qi of zang-fu research in the theory of traditional Chinese medicine,clinical,and other fields have achieved a lot of progress,one from each system and the disorder of qi activity treatment diseases,diseases of paper is more,by using the theory of qi activity lifting new problems such as aerospace medicine also makes certain discussion,also some people put forward the whole body shape of spiral of qi activity pattern model is rotating,and some research perspective is very unique,but few breakthrough. At present the study of ascending and descending activities of qi of zang-fu not rich enough,need to make full use of modern multidisciplinary cooperation,means and technology advantage,prompting ascending and descending activities of qi of zang-fu get up with The Times development,in order to meet the needs of the development of clinical.
