摘要
充分调研了佛山市工业机器人生产及应用企业的发展情况,深入分析了佛山机器人产业人才需求的结构与数量,提出了高职院校工业机器人技术专业实施"校企结合,课岗融通,项目引领"的人才培养模式,旨在达到"三个对接"培养高质量人才的专业培养目标,使该专业成为广东省龙头专业乃至国内知名专业,实现"十三五"发展愿景。
In this paper a pattern of talent training for the major of industry robot technology in higher vocational education with implementing "college enterprise cooperation, courses and posts blending and project leading" is proposed by fully investigating Foshan industry robot production and application and analyzing the structure and quantity of employee demand of Foshan robot industry. The aim is to achieve targets of undergraduate program: to train the "three docking"-training high quality technicians,to make the major Guangdong or national leading major and to implement the "13th Five-Year" development plan.
