摘要
[目的]探讨术前间质化学治疗对口腔鳞状细胞癌环氧酶2(COX-2)、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)表达及微血管密度(MVD)的影响.[方法]选择2001年—2009年间接受治疗的高分化口腔鳞状细胞癌患者30例,分为术前静脉化学治疗组(15例)和间质化学治疗组(15例),采用免疫组织化学法检测两组COX-2,VEGF表达水平和MVD值变化.[结果]术前间质化学治疗组COX-2,VEGF表达水平及MVD值明显低于术前静脉化学治疗组(P<0.05),COX-2,VEGF阴性组MVD值明显低于COX-2,VEGF阳性组(P<0.05).[结论]术前间质化学治疗和静脉化学治疗均可能通过抑制COX-2,VEGF及MVD表达从而起到减少肿瘤新生血管生成的作用,间质化学治疗较静脉化学治疗作用更为明显.
OBJECTIVE To explore the effects of preoperative interstitial chemotherapy on the expression of cyclooxygenase 2(COX-2) and vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) and microvessel density(MVD) in oral squamous cell carcinoma(OSCC). METHODS 30 patients of high differentiation of OSCC were chosen from 2001 to 2009, in which 15 patients were treated by preoperative interstitial chemotherapy, 15 patients were treated by preoperative intravenous chemotherapy. Immunohistochemistry was used to evaluate the expression of COX-2 and VEGF and the value of MVD. RESULTS The expression of COX-2 and VEGF and MVD value in preoperative interstitial chemotherapy group were significantly lower than that in the preoperative intravenous chemotherapy group (P〈0.05). The value of MVD was lower in the group which had negative expression of COX-2 and VEGF than that in the positive group (P〈0.05). CONCLUSION Both preoperative interstitial chemotherapy and intravenous chemotherapy could reduce the angiogenesis of tumor through inhibiting the expression of COX-2 and VEGF, the effects of preoperative interstitial chemotherapy was more apparent.
