摘要
目的探讨血清和糖皮质激素调节蛋白激酶1(SGK1)在食管癌组织中的表达及临床意义。方法选择实施食管癌根治术患者60例,术后收集食管癌组织及癌旁组织标本,采用免疫组织化学法检测组织中SGK1的表达。结果 SGK1在食管癌组织中的阳性表达率为65.0%,高于癌旁组织中的36.7%(P<0.05)。SGK1的表达与患者的性别、年龄无关(P>0.05);与肿瘤浸润深度、分化程度、是否淋巴结转移及临床分期等相关(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论SGK1高表达可能与食管癌的发生发展有关,可作为早期食管癌诊断及预警的重要参考。
Objective To explore the expression of serum and glucocorticoid regulated protein kinase 1 （SGK1） in e- sophageal carcinoma tissue and its clinical significance. Methods Sixty patients who underwent esophageal cancer radical surgery were selected. After operation, the esophageal cancer tissues and the adjacent tissues were collected and the expression of SGK1 in them was detected by immunohistochemical method. Results The positive expression rate of SGK1 in esophageal carcinoma tissues（65.0% ） was significantly higher than that in the adjacent tissues（36.7% ）（ P 〈 0.05 ）. There was no statistic difference of the positive expression rate of SGK1 in different gender and age（P 〉 0.05）. The positive expression rate of SGK1 was correlated with depth of invasion of tumor, tumor differentiation, lymph node metastasis and clinical stage（ P 〈 0. 05, P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusions SGK1 up-kegulation may be related to the occurrence and development of esophageal cancer;and it can be used as an important reference for the early diagnosis and early warning.
