摘要
信息技术的发展对高校档案管理工作提出了更高的要求,但是,目前我国的高校档案管理中依然存在着严重的失范现象。为了保证高校档案信息的完整性,提高学校的竞争力,需要对档案管理工作中的失范现象进行控制。本文就高校档案管理工作的重要性及其存在的失范现象进行分析,并探究应对这一现象的对策措施。
The development of information technology puts forward higher request to the archives management in colleges,but serious anomie exists in archives management. In order to guarantee the integrity of college archives information and improve the competitiveness of the colleges, it is necessary to control the anomie phenomenon. The importance of the archives management in colleges is analyzed and explores the countermeasures to deal with anomie.
