摘要
目的分析妇科腹部手术后腹胀的中西医结合治疗与护理疗效,以找出妇科腹部手术后腹胀治疗的最佳方法。方法选择2014年1月—2016年1月收治的140例妇科腹部手术后腹胀的患者作为研究对象,采用盲法随机分为观察组与对照组,每组70例,对照组所有患者接受基础的治疗以及常规护理,观察组所有患者在接受相关常规治疗以及护理的基础上,接受相应的中西医结合治疗以及干预性护理,从而分析妇科腹部手术后腹胀的中西医结合治疗与护理疗效。结果在本次研究中观察组的总有效率为90.0%,对照组的总有效率为58.6%,观察组的总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组在肠鸣音恢复以及排便时间等方面均优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者的不良反应发生率为4.3%,对照组的不良反应发生率为12.9%,观察组的不良反应发生率明显小于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在妇科腹部手术后腹胀治疗方面,与常规治疗以及护理相比,使用中西医结合治疗以及干预性护理可以较为有效的缓解患者的症状,并在一定程度上减少了新斯的明的使用剂量,并没有严重不良反应的发生,值得我们在临床上借鉴与推广。
Objective To analyze the curative effect of therapy of integrated medicine and nursing care of abdominal distension after gynecologic abdominal surgery, to find out the optimum method. Methods From January 2014 to January 2016, we chose 140 cases of patients with abdominal distension after gynecologic abdominal surgery as the research objects, using the blind method, and they were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 70 cases in each group. The control group received basic treat-ment and conventional nursing. The observation group received therapy of integrated medicine and interventional nursing care on the basis of routine treatment and nursing. The curative effect of therapy of integrated medicine and nursing care of abdominal distension after gynecologic abdominal surgery was analyzed. Results In this study, the total effective rate of the observation group was 90.0 %which was higher than 58.6% of the control group（P〈0.05）. The observation group was better than the control group in the bowel sounds recovery and defecation time（ P〈0.05）. The adverse reaction rate of observation group was 4.3 % which was less than12.9% of control group（ P〈0.05）. Conclusion In the treatment of abdominal distension treatment after gynecologic abdominal surgery, comparing with the conventional treatment and care, therapy of integrated medicine and interventional nursing can more ef-fectively alleviate the symptoms of patients, reduce the use of neostigmine dose, has not the serious adverse reaction, and is worthy of reference and promotion in clinic.
