摘要
服务外包产业可以打造外贸竞争新优势,促进大众创业,尤其是现代服务业的发展为提高就业率和扩大就业渠道提供了新思路。结合广东省区域经济发展的现状,从更新教育理念、通识教育与专业教育相结合、政校企行共建育人平台和加强师资队伍建设等方面提出涉外服务外包人才培养路径。
Service outsourcing industry can create new competitive advantages of foreign trade and pro-mote mass entrepreneurship.The development of modern service industry particularly provides a new idea for increasing the rate of employment and widening channels for employment.Starting from the regional e-conomic development of Guangdong Province,the paper aims to explore the training methods of service outsourcing talents from the perspectives of the renewal of educational ideas,the combination of general ed-ucation and specialized education,the construction of an educational system by the government,the school, and the enterprise,and so on.
