摘要
目的 了解护理学专业学生精神科实习前后对精神病患者歧视态度的变化,分析其影响因素.方法 本研究为横断面描述性研究.采用方便抽样法,选取在上海市某精神科医院实习的135名护理学专业学生作为研究对象,应用歧视精神疾病患者评估量表,分别在精神科实习前后进行调查.结果 实习后护理学专业学生歧视精神疾病患者的总得分、危险维度得分,均显著低于实习前,P <0.05,差异具有统计学意义.结论 精神科实习可以降低护理学专业学生对精神病患者的歧视态度.
Objective To investigate the change of nursing students' discrimination towards people with mental illness before and after psychiatric nursing practice and analyze the influence factors.Methods Cross-sectional descriptive design was adopted for the present study.A total of 135 nursing students were purposively selected to complete the stigma scale towards people with mental illness before and after their nursing practice in a psychiatric hospital of Shanghai.Results After the nursing practice,the total score of the stigma scale and the score of dangerous dimension were all lower than those before the nursing practice,P 〈 0.05.Conclusions The clinical nursing practice for students in the psychiatric department can reduce their discrimination towards mentally ill people.
