摘要
模组式贴片机是贴片机的发展趋势,基于"运动控制卡+IPC+视觉反馈"架构来设计模组式贴片机的控制系统。整个控制系统在硬件和软件方面都采用了模块化设计,各个功能模块相互独立,分别通过"工控机"(硬件)和"系统集成"(软件)实现统一的调度,避免控制系统中耦合的产生。在贴装数据以及补偿数据的交换方面,通过算法的改良以及运动控制卡本身数据交换的快速性,可以保证在整个贴装过程中数据交换的实时性,从而保证贴装过程的实时性。对所生产的样机进行测试,其在贴装精度和速度方面都达到预期目标。
The modular chip mounter is the developmental trend in chip mounter. Design this modular chip mounter based on "motion controller + IPC + visual feedback". For the hardware and software of this control sys- tem, modular design is adopted. Because of the mutual independence modules, all tasks are scheduled by the indus- trial personal computer (IPC) in hardware and the system integration in software. As a result, couplings are avoided. In the respect of mounting and compensation data exchange, can ensure the real time data exchange in the whole process of mounting by the means of arithmetic improvement and rapidity in data exchange of the motion controller. So it is possible to guarantee the real-time in mounting process. After we tested the prototype, find it can reach the expected goal both in the respect of mounting speed and accuracy.
