摘要
以高校教务管理人员为研究对象,采用问卷调查法,研究了高校教务管理人员的角色压力、职业倦怠和社会支持以及三者之间的关系.在此基础上,从如何减轻角色压力、提高社会支持等角度入手,探讨社会支持对减轻教务管理人员职业倦怠的调节和缓冲作用.
Taking the educational administration staff in universities as the object, the relations among role stress, job burnout and social support are studied by using the questionnaire. On this basis, from the perspective of how to reduce role stress and cultivate social support, the adjustment and cushion functions of social support on the job burnout of educational administration staff are explored.
