摘要
[目的]研究木犀草素对小麦种子萌发、幼苗生长的化感作用。[方法]利用培养皿纸上发芽法,研究不同浓度木犀草素对小麦种子萌发及幼苗生长的影响。[结果]木犀草素溶液对小麦种子萌发及幼苗的生长有明显的抑制作用,抑制作用随溶液浓度的升高而增强,且对茎的抑制作用比根更明显,小麦幼苗根系活力及过氧化氢酶活性降低,小麦种子可溶性糖含量升高。[结论]木犀草素能有效抑制小麦种子合成酶催化的生化反应,导致幼苗生长受到抑制。
[Objective] The aim was to study allelopathic effect of luteolin on seed germination and seedling growth of wheat. [Method] The different concentrations of luteolin effects on seed germination and seedling growth of wheat were studied. [results] Luteolin solution had obvious inhibitory effect on wheat seed germination and seedling growth. And inhibition effect increased with the increasing of concentration. The inhibition on root was obvious. The results showed that the root activity and catalase activity decreased and the content of soluble sugar increased. [Conclusion] The luteolin could inhibit the wheat seed synthase, which could inhibit the seedlings growth.
