摘要
目的:探讨中西医结合治疗对糖尿病周围神经病变(DPN)患者的临床效果,并对护理措施加以研究。方法:筛选某医院自2013年4月-2015年9月间收治的260例糖尿病周围神经病变患者,随机将其分为观察组和对照组,每组各130例。两组患者行相同的常规降糖治疗,对照组实施常规护理,观察组在常规护理的基础上实施辩证中医护理,对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果:治疗后,观察组患者正中神经和腓总神经的MNCV和SNCV均显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组与对照组的总有效率分别为90.77%和64.62%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合干预糖尿病周围神经病变,能明显改善糖尿病周围神经病变的症状,临床疗效显著,值得临床推广。
Objective：To study the clinical effect of traditional combined traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment on patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy（DPN）,and to study the related nursing techniques.Methods：From April 2015 to April 2013,260 patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy were randomly divided into observation group and control group,130 cases in each group.The control group were treated with western medicine,on the basis of western medicine,compared the clinical effect of the two groups.Results：Before treatment,the differences of MNCV and SNCV in the two groups were not statistically significant（P〉0.05）.After treatment,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The total effective rate of the observation group and the control group were 90.77% and 64.62%,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The combination of Chinese and Western medicine treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy,integrated with scientific nursing measures,can significantly improve the symptoms of diabetic peripheral neuropathy,so it is worthy of clinical promotion.
