摘要
根据窑尾结构设备质量大、结构高的特点,提出通过对窑尾结构主要设备支座处设置隔震支座,达到对窑尾结构消能减震的目的。采用SAP2000有限元软件分别建立传统的窑尾结构模型和设置隔震支座后的窑尾结构模型,进行模态分析、地震反应谱分析和动力时程分析。结果表明,提出的设备隔震方法对窑尾结构具有较好的减震控制效果,窑尾结构的基底总剪力、各层位移和层间位移角均有明显减小,为同类上部荷载较大的工业建筑抗震设计提供了一种新的消能减震方法。
Because of heavy equipment and large height of kiln tail structure, the isolation bearing was proposed to be set on the main support equipment of kiln tail structure to achieve the purpose of earthquake energy dissipation. Through finite element software SAP2000, two models of kiln tail structures with and without setting seismic isolation were established. Then the modal analyses, seismic response spectrum and time history were performed. The results show that the proposed method of equipment isolation has a better effect on seismic mitigation and control as the total base shear force, each story displacement and story drift angle decreased significantly, which provides a new method of seismic design on earthquake energy dissipation for the same industrial building structure with heavy upper load.
