摘要
目的调查兴义市家蝇对常用杀虫剂溴氰菊酯、高效氯氰菊酯、敌敌畏、残杀威的抗性水平,为病媒生物防治提供科学依据。方法微量点滴法。结果 2015年兴义市家蝇对4种杀虫剂的半数致死量LD_(50)(μg/♀)分别是残杀威>40.00、高效氯氰菊酯1.052、敌敌畏0.754、溴氰菊酯0.317。对4种杀虫剂的抗性倍数分别是敌敌畏251.33,残杀威113.31,高效氯氰菊酯61.88,溴氰菊酯45.29。结论兴义市家蝇对敌敌畏及残杀威均为极高抗性水平,应停止使用敌敌畏及残杀威等药物灭蝇,对高效氯氰菊酯和溴氰菊酯也达到高抗水平。
Objective To investigate the insecticide resistance of Musca domestica to deltamethrin,betacypemethrin,dichlorvosand propoxur,and provide scientific basis for mosquito control. Methods Topical application was employed in the bioassay. Results Musca domestica in Xingyi developed 251. 33 folds( LD_(50)0. 754 μg / ♀),113. 31 folds( LD_(50)≥40. 00 μg/♀),61. 88 folds( LD_(50)= 1. 052 μg / ♀) and 45. 29 folds( LD_(50)=0. 317 μg / ♀) resistances respectively to dichlorvos,propoxur,beta-cypemethrin and deltamethrin. Conclusion The resistances of Musca domestica in Xingyi City to dichlorvos and propoxur reached the highest level. It is necessary to apply insecticides rationally and scientifically.
