摘要
利用ABB公司工控技术的标准化开发平台,自行设计了1套矿井提升机远程集中自动化控制系统。系统由现场人工控制优化为远程集中自动化控制,从而实现了3条主井提升机的"无人值守"化运行,经过近1 a的持续改进和试运行,取得了良好效果,具有推广意义。
Based on the industrial control technology standardization development platform of ABB company, a set of remote centralized automatic control system for the mine hoist was independently designed. The system was operated by remote centralized automatic control instead of manual control on scene, thus the unattended operation of three hoists in main shaft realized. Excellent operation effects were obtained after nearly one-year continuous improvement and test run. The system possessed some spread significance.
