摘要
目的总结采用体外冲击波碎石治疗输尿管结石的临床治疗效果及应用价值。方法 100例输尿管结石患者进行随机均分成对照组和观察组。观察组采用体外冲击波碎石机(国产sd9600-fd腹式脉冲体外冲击波碎石机)进行碎石;对照组采用输尿管镜气压弹道碎石术,比较两组患者碎石成功率。结果观察组50例,第1次碎石成功且治愈患者40例,占80%,第2次碎石成功治愈4例占8%,第3次碎石成功3例(6%)。总有效率为94%,失败3例;对照组碎石成功38例,总有效率为76%,失败12例。对照组的总有效率低于观察组,两组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。所有碎石未治愈的患者后经过手术治疗。结论对输尿管结石患者采用体外冲击波碎石术治疗,碎石成功率较高、痛苦小、预后好。
Objective To summarize the clinical treatment effect and application value of extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy in the treatment of ureteral calculi.Methods 100 patients with ureteral calculi were randomly divided into two groups： control group and observation group. Observation group using extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy （domestic sd9600-fd abdominal pulse extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy） gravel; Control group was used in the pneumatic lithotripsy, the success rate of lithotripsy was compared between the two groups.Results The observation group of 50 cases, ifrst times of lithotripsy success and cure 40 cases, accounting for 80%, second times of broken stone successfully cured 4 cases accounted for 8%, third cases （6%） were successful in 3 times. The total effective rate was 94%, and the failure was 3 cases; Control group was successful in 38 cases, the total effective rate was 76%, the failure of 12 cases accounted for 24%. The total effective rate of the control group was lower than that of observation group, the difference between two groups was statistically signiifcant （P〈0.05）. All the patients were treated by surgery.ConclusionExtracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy is used for the treatment of ureteral calculi, the success rate of lithotripsy is high, the pain is small, and the prognosis is good.
