摘要
目的研究分析真菌性鼻窦炎患者接受鼻内镜手术治疗的效果。方法选取我院的80例真菌性鼻窦炎患者来进行研究,分成对照组和观察组,均有40例,对照组使用常规治疗,观察组使用鼻内镜手术治疗,对两组的临床治疗效果进行比较分析。结果观察组临床治疗有效率是95%,对照组的临床治疗有效率是70%,两组的复发率为对照组22.5%,观察组5%,结果对比具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论真菌性鼻窦炎患者接受鼻内镜手术治疗的临床效果比较突出,临床中可以进行推广使用。
Objective To study the effect of endoscopic sinus surgery in patients with fungal sinusitis. Methods 80 cases of fungal sinusitis patients in our hospital were studied, they were divided into the observation group and the control group, there were 40 cases in each group, the control group used conventional treatment, the observation group was treated with nasal endoscopic surgery, the clinical therapeutic effects of two groups were comparative analyzed. Results The clinical effective rate of observation group was 95%, the clinical effective rate of the control group was 70%; The recurrence rate of the control group was 22.5%, the observation group was 5%, the results were statistically significant difference between two groups （P 〈 0.05 ） . Conclusion The clinical effect of nasal endoscopic surgery in the treatment of fungal sinusitis patients is more prominent, and can be widely used in clinical practice.
