摘要
胆总管结石是一种较为普遍的消化系统疾病,其发病率在近年呈现出增长的趋势,以上腹部疼痛、黄疸和寒战高热即所谓charcot三联征为主要症状,若患者病情危急则可出现低血压及神志忧伤、昏迷等精神症状,即所谓的raynald五联征。目前,针对胆总管结石的形成原因还有待进一步研究。诸多文献资料认为是多因素共同作用的结果,其有关因素包括年龄、十二指肠乳头旁憩室、Oddi括约肌、胆道蛔虫、胆道感染、甲状腺功能减退、胃肠功能紊乱等。本文就其成因的研究进展做如下综述。

The related factors including age, next to the duodenal papilla diverticulum, Oddi sphincter, biliary ascariasis, biliary infection, hypothyroidism, gastrointestinal dysfunction. Now this paper reviews the research progress of its origin.
