摘要
针对装置首次开工的情况,为了解决碱洗塔常见的堵塔问题,详细分析同类装置在生产运行期间可能遇到的堵塔原因,切合实际提出严格控制碱洗塔的操作温度范围、各碱段的碱液浓度范围及如何避免氧进入系统等预防措施。当堵塔现象发生时,为避免堵塔恶化,提出加洗油等在线处理措施,为碱洗塔的长周期运转提供理论保障。
Aiming at the condition of the device starts for the first time, in order to solve common caustic tower plugging problems, the reasons for the same tower block means during production may encounter were analyzed in detail,and realistic proposed prevention treatments of tower operating temperature range, alkali concentration range of eachbase section and how to avoid oxygen into the system to optimize process operation. When the tower plugging hapened, to avoid blockage in alkaline washing tower, washed oil timely online processing measures were put forward. Itwas aimed to provide theoretical support for the device long period stable operation.
