社交媒体与危机沟通理论的转型:从SCCT到SMCC 被引量:11

摘要 SCCT是由Coombs提出来的较为系统和流行的危机沟通理论,但是媒介并没有成为其中的核心要素。近年来,社交媒体不断发展,其在危机沟通中扮演着越来越重要的角色,一种基于社交媒体的危机沟通理论模型——SMCC被提了出来,并得到广泛的关注。新的理论模型也为中国政府和组织的危机沟通实践提供了有益的启示。 SCCT was put forward by Coombs as a famous and systemic theory of crisis communication, in which the media was not be taken into account as an key factor. With the rapid development of Internet, social media has been playing an important role in crisis communication more and more, then a new social-mediated crisis communication model (SMCC) was advanced. The new model provides new direction for reference to the reform of China’s crisis communication system.
