摘要
复杂液压腔体类零件内部交接孔毛刺是影响液压系统性能、可靠性和寿命的主要原因之一,目前常规去毛刺方法无法有效去除该类毛刺。热能去毛刺法以气体为介质,通过高压可燃气体瞬间爆炸将毛刺熔化、氧化,从而有效去除内部交接孔毛刺。在对热能法原理、特点进行研究后,通过设置不同的工艺参数进行去毛刺试验,结果表明:热能法能够有效去除毛刺。
The internal transition holes in complex hydraulic chamber affect the performance,reliability and service life of hydraulic system. Conventional deburring methods can not remove burr effectively at present. In thermal energy method,combustible gas is used as medium and the burr can be melted and oxidized through immediate deflagration of high-pressure combustible gas. After studying the principle and features of thermal energy method,deburring experiment was carried out by setting different parameters. The result shows that the thermal energy method can be used to remove burr effectively.
