摘要
目的探讨品管圈在护理质量持续改进中的应用效果。方法 2014年1月开始以项目管理形式推动品管圈在本院开展,通过建立组织结构、宣贯培训、各护理单元自愿申报并按照品管圈的十大步骤逐步实施,比较开展品管圈前后护理质量相关指标,包括护理质量总分、患者满意度、消毒隔离、危重症管理及不良事件等以及无形成果、目标达成率、标准化成果的情况。结果实施后护理质量各项指标较实施前均有提升(P<0.05),各品管圈改善目标值均达到,形成标准化成果,共建立和完善流程共10项、专科健康宣教单7个、操作标准共2项、护理评估记录单1项,也提升品管圈手法的运用、团队凝聚力等无形成果。结论品管圈是一种科学的管理工具,改变传统的管理模式,有利于促进护理质量的持续改进,也激发护理人员的潜能,培养护士的综合能力。
Objective To explore application effect of quality control circle( QCC) in continuous improvement of nursing quality. Methods Quality control circle was established in the form of project management in January 2014 in our hospital,through the establishment of organizational structure,training,voluntary reporting in each nursing unit and in accordance with the ten steps of QCC. The nursing quality related indexes were compared before and after the application of QCC,including nursing quality scores,patient satisfaction,disinfection and isolation,critical care management,adverse events and intangible results,target yield rate and standardized achievement. Results Nursing quality related indexes were all improved( P〈0. 05) after the implementation,and the circles all achieved the target and formed the standardized work,establishing and perfecting 10 procedures,7 specialist health education lists,2 standard operation procedures and 1 nursing assessment record sheet,promoted the application of the means of quality control circle,team cohesion and other intangible results. Conclusion QCC is a scientific management tool,which changed the traditional management mode. QCC helps promote the continuous improvement of nursing quality and inspires the potential of the nursing staff and the cultivation of the integrative ability of nurses.
